The best so far was whoever suggested just "KC-DIY".
Like "KC-DIY" and then below "A compilation of ten Kansas City punk bands". It's good cause it doesn't rely on some literal aspect of Kansas City, like fountains or sprawl, and it's not "wacky" or silly. Also, it just sounds good: "KC-DIY". It rolls right off the tongue.
