All song's on Discharge's "Hear nothing, See nothing, Say nothing". "The possibility of lifes distruction". and "Free speech for the dumb".
I know Lucas and Justin dont like this record like "why" but try working out to this bad boy sometime.
Yesterday i was doing push ups and listening to discharge. The intensity really helps you focus and proform. Sometimes you have to go the extra mile in your work-out and Discharge helps with that.
Also you for sit ups.
However, when doing yoga or stretching try god speed you black emperor or tristeza.
