fraternal lodge shows? any history?

I just moved to kc and am interested in starting to set up shows for myself and for my friends that tour through kansas city.
does anyone have experience setting up shows at any of the masonic lodges in kc...or other fraternal lodges? do any of these let kids rent the space for shows? any of them have a PA system?

the one at 2105 Iron St, Kansas City, MO looks like it would be perfect. i haven't driven over there yet, though. just looked at it on the internet.

do you have to be a mason to rent this lodge? I've been looking for an excuse to get fraternal.
