as the punk ambassador to artskoolaria i would like to propose a peace agreement between the punks and the art school kids. the punks will agree to only wearing mohawks and must cooperate with the striped scarve treaty of 1999 whereas the art school kids must agree to stay on the southern end of warwick blvd which is everything south of brian bomb's house.

punks who wish to file any greviances should consult a sales clerk at berbiglia on main st. from there we ask that he or she purchase a bottle of poor quality alcohol, drink it, and smash it in the street. if you choose not to do drink the alcohol, you have the option of smashing it through the window of an SUV or through the window of a strorefront on the Country Club Plaza.
