What does it say about a record label who announces a release, and a full Presidential Term later, it's still not out?
I'll take a swing: said record label is trying, but the band members are just really, really, really slow getting the re-issue together. Just a guess.

i think that might be partly correct. if i remember right i think they had problems getting some of their older recordings transferred from the original masters to be re-mastered, but i might be confusing it with the hassan i sabbah discography, which has also been stalled for a few years now.
