some friends of mine are working on a installation on Jan.20 at the Paragraph Project Space...here's what they need your help with:
Burak and David(Nancy Bach's roomates) are working on an art installation. We Need as many record players as we can get for an installation to open Jan. 20. We would need to borrow them from mid-January to the end of February. We can't pay you for them, but nothing will get damaged and anyone who contributes a record player gets a free record from the piece when the show comes down. Please contact at capofcaps@hotmail.com or call 816-474-1603

Both record players listed would be fucking awesome! We need any size and any type. And really all we need is for the motor to work, or for that matter there jsut needs to be a motor still in the housing. We're pretty allright at fixing shit. How do we contact you and/or you can contact us at 816.474.1603. Thanks!

I have a spare turntable/tape unit you can use. Where should I drop it off? Also, where's the Paragraph Project Space?

Sorry to be picky, choosy, and needy but I don't think we can use the turntable/tape unit. It has to be just a turntable. We would however be more than happy to have whoever replied last come to the opening and spin around with a record on their head. Paragraph Project Space is at 23 E. 12th Street, KC, Mo. If anyone saw Pewep in the formats last week, that's the Paragraph. Next door is the Project Space.
